At Sim-Lab, we want to ensure your racing setup is perfect, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy on all high-performance sim racing gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help you get back on track with a seamless exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Sim-Lab account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all bolts, brackets, and manuals, to ensure the equipment remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
